Instructions

How to Play

  1. Have everyone stand in a circle, arms ready for action.
  2. Choose a student to start the thunder clap — they clap once, then the person to their right (or left) claps immediately after.
  3. The clap continues around the circle like a rolling wave of thunder.

The Challenge

  • Time how long it takes for the clap to make it all the way around.
  • Try to beat your best time without skipping anyone or going out of order!

Once your class has mastered one round, send the clap around twice — can you keep the rhythm going at top speed?
