Instructions

Get ready

Everyone spreads out in the room and stands still. Start a metronome sound or a beat that ticks steadily. This is your rhythm guide!

Step to the beat

Each time the first beat plays, everyone can take one step. No sneaky double steps allowed! Listen carefully so you stay in sync with the rhythm.

Tag time

While moving one beat at a time, try to tag as many people as possible within the set time limit. Once tagged, players can freeze for a few beats or spin around before jumping back in. Teachers can decide the rule!

Keep the groove going

You can change the tempo (speed of the metronome) to make it trickier. Start slow, then speed it up for extra laughs and chaos.
